We build and ship custom gaming PCs and pre-built beasts nationwide from Eastern Tennessee.

Processing Time • Every rig is built-to-order and goes through burn-in testing and stress testing • Standard build time: 3–7 business days from cleared payment • Rush Build Option (+$99): 48–72 hours (available at checkout)

Shipping Speeds & Rates (Lower 48 States) • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $899 • Standard Ground (UPS/FedEx): $49–$89 (depending on total weight – most towers ~45–65 lbs boxed) • 2-Day Air: $149–$229 • Next-Day Air: $249–$399

Signature required on all orders over $1,000 – no exceptions (protects both of us).

Packaging • Every PC is shipped in its original case + extra corner protection, double-boxed with 2–3 inches of foam on all sides. We’ve shipped 100+ rigs with zero DOA/damage claims.

Insurance & Tracking • Full replacement-value insurance included on every shipment • Tracking number emailed the moment it leaves our shop • Live photo of your packed rig before it ships (sent via email)

Alaska, Hawaii, & International • Available at checkout – exact rates calculated by weight. Feel free to message us for a quote before ordering.

Important Notes for PC Buyers • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs + 20% restocking fee • Lift-gate service (if you need the pallet lowered from the truck) can be added at checkout for $99
