We’re confident you’ll love your rig. If you don’t, you have 30 days from the day it’s delivered to start a return.

What’s Covered
• Full refund (minus original shipping) if the PC is returned in brand-new, resaleable condition  
• Full refund or free repair/replacement if the PC arrives damaged or has a hardware defect (very rare — we test everything)

What’s Eligible
• Pre-built PCs → 30 days  
• Fully custom builds → 30 days (non-customized parts only — custom paint, sleeved cables, etc. are non-returnable)  
• Individual components bought separately → 30 days

What’s NOT Returnable
• PCs that have been heavily used (visible wear, thermal paste applied, etc.)  
• Software issues caused by user-overclocking or driver mistakes  
• Custom work (custom loop, paint, engraving, cable mods)

How to Return
1. Email support@budgetbeastbuilds.com within 30 days with your order number and reason  
2. We’ll reply with return instructions + prepaid label (if defect) or return address (if change-of-mind)  
3. Drain any custom loops, reinstall stock cooler if you swapped, and pack it exactly how it arrived  
4. Once we receive and inspect it → full refund issued within 48 hours

Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping + 15% restocking fee (covers testing & repackaging of a 50–70 lb beast)

Damaged or DOA?
Just send photos within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll ship a replacement the same day or refund instantly, no restocking fee, and we cover all shipping both ways.
